How do I claim my free regular coffee?
When you have made your decision to choose a regular free Caffè Nero Coffee, you will receive an email with instructions of how to claim your coffee within 2 working days. The email will contain a link which will take you to our website to make your claim.
How long do I have to claim my free regular Caffè Nero Coffee?
You must claim your free regular Caffè Nero Coffee within 30 days of receiving your email, otherwise you will lose the right to your free regular Caffè Nero Coffee.
How long do I have to claim my free regular Caffè Nero Coffee once I have received it?
